Account access

Accounts use authenticated sign-in. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.

Business and staff permissions

Owners decide which staff can manage bookings, rosters, attendance, or purchase requests. Staff views are limited to what the business assigns.

Payment handling

Full payment-card details are handled by authorized payment or app-store providers. Quelboo keeps booking and transaction records needed to operate the service.

Email support@quelvaro.com with a clear description. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, or authentication codes.
